We're On Our Way is our yearly review and celebration of the progress being made toward our shared vision of a healthier community.
The event, which is usually held in May, provides valuable information and networking opportunities. Updates from the Core Health Improvement Area Leadership Teams are given, and Carroll's health status as a community is reviewed.
