The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc. strives to build the capacity of individuals and organizations to improve the health and quality of life in Carroll County, Maryland.
Our Values
The Partnership's Board of Directors formally adopted the Carroll Hospital Center S.P.I.R.I.T. Values as core principles to guide The Partnership's decisions and actions:

The Partnership strives to always:
- Stay focused on the "Healthier Community Vision," with an emphasis on empowering others to responsibility and accountability,
- Build positive, respectful, and essential relationships so individuals and organizations will voluntarily devote resources to the action plans,
- Incorporate collaboration, cooperation, inclusiveness, and sharing as our style and approach to all that we do,
- Carry out Healthy Communities-Healthy Youth asset building as standing goal of all activities, publications, and events regardless of the Core Health Improvement Area, audience, or age group.
