1. MOSH Program
Be aware of guidelines for reporting violations of Maryland Occupational Safety & Health (MOSH) regulations in regard to smoking in the workplace.  Click here for more information.

2. YOU can contact Carroll County State representatives and State government leaders when measures that concern access and exposure to tobacco are being considered.  They are very wiling to listen, anxious to hear from their constituents, and often are not provided with a balanced perspective on certain issues.  Exposure to second-hand smoke is one of  these issues.

Carroll County is divided into 3 different legislative Districts and representatives to the Maryland General assembly are elected by those geographical boundaries.
