Dear Friends and Partners;
The Partnership serves as a coordinating
hub in coalition building, data tracking
and promoting the community vision for a
“healthier” Carroll County.
A “healthier Community” will promote
community values and connections,
partnership among organizations; locally
available, accessible, affordable and
integrated health education and services
for all; safe activities which enhance
mind, body and spirit; and the
empowerment of individual
responsibility. Over the past six years,
great progress has been made toward that
vision.
This guiding and planning is supported
through donations, grants and generous
support from local agencies. Our good
work and accomplishments can only happen
with support from the community.
We are hoping that we can count on you
today for a special holiday gift to The
