Can you spare an hour a week to help a neighbor in need?

Caring Carroll, Inc. is a service that trains and matches volunteers with neighbors who need friendly visits, transportation within Carroll County, or help with light yard work and housekeeping.

A 1-hour training and orientation session is all that’s needed to become a Caring Carroll volunteer.  Please register in advance for one of the following training sessions. They are held at the Westminster Branch of the Carroll County Public Library, 50 E. Main St., Westminster, or at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Boulevard, Westminster.

  • Thursday, February 15, from 10 – 11 a.m. in the Small Meeting Room at the Westminster Branch Library
  • Monday, March 5, from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. at the Non-Profit Center
  • Thursday, March 22, from 10 – 11 a.m. in the Small Meeting Room at the Westminster Branch Library
