Volunteer training for Caring Carroll – Apr. – May
Can you spare an hour a week to help a neighbor in need?
Caring Carroll, Inc. is a service that trains and matches volunteers with neighbors who need friendly visits, transportation within Carroll County, or help with light yard work and housekeeping.
A 1-hour training and orientation session is all that’s needed to become a Caring Carroll volunteer. Please register in advance for one of the following training sessions. Sessions are held at the Westminster Branch of the Carroll County Public Library, 50 E. Main St., Westminster, or at the Carroll Nonprofit Center, 255 Clifton Boulevard, Westminster.
- Thursday, April 19 from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Non-Profit Center
- Tuesday, April 24 from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. in the Small Meeting Room at the Westminster Branch Library
- Tuesday, May 15 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Small Meeting Room at the Westminster Branch Library
- Thursday, May 31 from 10 – 11 a.m. at the Non-Profit Center
