The Partnership for a Healthier Carroll County, Inc. is the coordinating hub that links this community together in pursuit of our definition of HEALTH. We are a non-profit corporation formed in April 1999 by Carroll Hospital Center and the Health Department of Carroll County, Maryland, the recognized leaders of health and wellness in our community.
