New resources are often needed to support the efforts of individuals and local groups taking on a health improvement initiative. Sometimes we can help, either by connecting groups with similar interests; by sharing information on project planning and proposal writing; by helping you  to locate grant funding opportunities; and sometimes even assisting you with the preparation of grant applications.

The Partnership has also provided formal grants writing training for local non-profit organizations. The report from the Spring 2003 training is available for your review. We also collaborates regularly with our county grants office staff who publish a very helpful listing of available grant opportunities.
