Terry joined the Partnership in January 2000, while also taking on the role of Executive Assistant in the Marketing/Business Development office of Carroll County General Hospital.  Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, Terry worked for the Internal Revenue Service and the non-profit think-tank, Institute for Research on the Economics of Taxation.  Immediately prior to joining the Partnership & CCGH teams, she worked 11 years with the Carroll County-based non-profit, Interchurch Medical Assistance, Inc.  A Carroll County resident since 1987, Terry lives in Westminster with her husband and daughter.
