Dot Fox joined the Partnership in November 2007 to fill the newly created position of Director, Community Health Improvement Areas. She brings 19 years of Social Work experience all served within Carroll County. She has worked with the Mental Health, Homeless and Domestic Violence populations. She lives in the Carroll community with her husband and two children. The family is very active in athletic activities and both Dot and her husband Bryan coach sports.
