Barbara
Rodgers has over 20 years of experience
in Community Public Health, with 14
years as a community health educator,
and 7 years as Director. She has
experience with community assessments,
secondary data collection, health
improvement strategies, and local health
planning. Barbara serves as the liaison
to the Partnership from the Carroll
County Health Department. |
