Lexi Schafer has been on staff at the Partnership since November 2006. She first started as a Special Projects Manager and worked extensively on the Party in the Park youth fair. Currently, she serves as a Core Health Improvement Area Specialist (CHIA Specialist), and works with the following groups – Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Interpersonal Violence, and Positive Youth & Family Development. Lexi has also been very much involved with the SmokeFree Carroll County initiative. Lexi and her husband moved to Carroll County, from Northern Virginia, in the summer of 1995. Since that time, she has worked at Carroll Lutheran Village, The Shepherd’s Staff, and Carroll Lutheran School. The Schafers also have two daughters.
