Kim Spangler has worked as a health educator at the Carroll County Health Department since 1998. She has worked on a variety of prevention and education programs in highway safety, injury prevention, child passenger safety and worksite wellness. Kim currently serves as the Director for Health Education and Promotion at the Health Department and is the Partnership's staff person to the Prevention & Wellness Workgroup.
